• Accurate information: You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and email address during registration. Providing inaccurate or false information may result in account termination.
• Account transfer: Transferring or selling your apkexo account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Financial transactions on apkexo are simple, fast, and secure. However, certain rules must be followed.

• Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit of ৳300 applies across all payment methods.
• Payment Method: Only bKash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts registered in the user's own name are accepted. Payments from another person's account will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Time: bKash and Nagad transfers typically take 2–5 minutes, while bank transfers may take up to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal conditions: If you have an active bonus, withdrawals may be held until the rollover requirement is completed.

• Multiple accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the same person or household is strictly prohibited.

• Money Laundering: Using apkexo for money laundering is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts repeatedly to claim bonuses or exploit the system is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information is prohibited and subject to legal action.
• Hacking: Unauthorized access to apkexo's servers, databases, or other users' accounts is strictly prohibited.

In certain circumstances, apkexo reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account.

• Accounts may be closed without notice in the event of a terms violation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions.
• Users may also request account closure at any time through the help center.
• Once self-exclusion is activated under the Responsible Gaming policy, the account will remain closed for the specified period.

If there is a valid balance remaining at the time of account closure and no terms have been violated, that balance will be returned.
